We had a great day on Pancake Tuesday in St. Patrick's National School. Pancake Tuesday is the day when traditionally, families used up all their eggs, sugar and flour before fasting during Lent.

Some staff brought pancakes to school, while others baked them in the kitchen and outdoors, in the outdoor classroom. They were very, very tasty!
