Last week was jam packed with activities for Active School and Wellbeing Week, including sports day on the Tuesday. There were many wellbeing and physical activities planned, including an athletics coach on the Friday. On sports day, classes moved from station to station with activities including the local playground, Olympic handball, outdoor play, as well as the usual range of races on the field.Having an ice-cream van on site helped a little bit too!It was also great to see so many parents and guardians attending the races and match in the afternoon. The game, between the staff and pupils, was very competitive and ended on a 0-0 draw. Many thanks to Mrs. Goulding for co-ordinating the week and to all the staff for their time to ensure that everything ran off so well.
